You have a right to rescind your enrollment within five (5) business days from the date that you receive these TOS if delivered electronically or within six (6) business days from the postmark date on the envelope accompanying these TOS if sent via first class mail. Although Think Energy does not conduct in-person solicitations, we are required to provide you with the following additional disclosures: if you enrolled through an in-person solicitation at your residence, you have a right to rescind your enrollment within ten (10) business days if these TOS are delivered electronically or eleven (11) business days from the postmarked on the envelope accompanying these TOS if sent via first class mail.
