Common use of Right of Reversion Clause in Contracts

Right of Reversion. A full time employee permitted to perform their duties on a part time basis for an agreed period may, if circumstances alter before the expiry of the agreed period, revert to full time duties as soon as practicable, but no later than the expiry of the period.

Right of Reversion. ‌ A full time full‐time employee permitted to perform their duties on a part part‐ time basis for an agreed period mayperiod: • reverts to their full‐time duties at the expiry of the period, and • if circumstances alter before the expiry of the agreed period, may revert to full time full‐time duties as soon as practicablepracticable with the agreement of the Registrar, but no later than the expiry of the period.. If an employee is assigned to different duties for the remainder of the agreed period, the employee will move to appropriate full‐ time duties at their classification level.
