Common use of Right of Transfer Clause in Contracts

Right of Transfer. Neither the BUYER nor the SELLER shall be entitled to assign or transfer contract resulting from this Agreement except to its successor or to the transferee of all or substantially all of its assets, and in the case of any such assignment or transfer, the contract shall be binding upon and shall insure to the benefit of such successor or transferee.
