Right, Title and Interest in Patents Remain with Licensors/Licensing Company. Licensee acknowledges that all right, title and interest in and to Licensed Patents are owned by Licensors and by Licensing Company, respectively. Licensee shall not acquire any rights or title in any of the Licensed Patents, whether by implication, use, registration or otherwise.
