Right to Audit at Any Time. Agency officials shall have the right, at any time during regular working hours and on reasonable advance notice, to examine, monitor and audit all work performed and all records, documents, conditions, activities and procedures of CONTRACTOR or its subCONTRACTORs relating to this Agreement. Government Code Section 8546.7 provides that an audit by the State Auditor General may be performed up to three years after the final payment under any contract involving the expenditure of public funds in excess of $10,000.
