Common use of Right to Cancel Order Clause in Contracts

Right to Cancel Order. 5.1. If you are a Consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Agreement (other than for personalised or perishable products, video, audio or software products which have been unsealed by you, or other products which we have specified as non- returnable) and receive a refund from us. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within 90 days, starting on the day after the contract between you and us is concluded by you completing the online order confirmation and making payment of any initial fee due. 5.2.
