Right to change name of the Building. The right to change the name of the Building at any time as the First Owner shall deem fit and to execute any documents in the name of the First Owner in connection therewith without the necessity of joining in any other Owner upon giving three months’ notice to the Owners and shall not be liable to any Owner or other person having an interest in the Building for any damages, claims, costs or expenses resulting therefrom or in connection therewith.
