Right to Change Payment Terms. Agency reserves the right in case of delinquency in Company payments, or such impairment of Company’s credit as in Agency’s opinion might endanger future payments to Agency, to change the requirements as to terms of payment under this Agreement, including but not limited to, payment in advance for all Agency services and purchases including media advertising when applicable.
Right to Change Payment Terms.
