Right to Communications with Members. The Association shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on bulletin boards designated by the Superintendent. The Association may use the district mailboxes for communication to bargaining unit members. Placement of the materials in the mailboxes may only be done before or after working hours.
