Common use of Right to Conduct Other Business Clause in Contracts

Right to Conduct Other Business. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict in any way the freedom of each Member, the Manager and their respective Affiliates, including any director, officer or employee of such Person, to conduct any other business or any other activity whatsoever (subject to any restriction, limitation or qualification thereon arising by virtue of any understanding, arrangement or agreement, other than this Agreement, or arising under law or otherwise), including, without limitation, the investment in or operation of any business in the telecommunications field, without having or incurring any obligation to offer any interest therein to the Company or any other Member.

Nothing Except as provided in SECTIONS 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, and 8.3 hereof, nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to restrict in any way the freedom of each Member, the Manager board of managers, and any manager thereof, and their respective Affiliates, including any director, officer officer, or employee of such Personperson, to conduct any other business or any other activity whatsoever (subject to any restrictionwhatsoever, limitation or qualification thereon arising by virtue of any understanding, arrangement or agreement, other than this Agreement, or arising under law or otherwise), including, including without limitation, the investment in acquisition, holding and disposing of real estate, securities or operation assets of any business in the telecommunications field, entity without having or incurring any obligation to offer any interest therein to the Company or any other Member.
