Right to Consider and Revoke Release Agreement. This Release Agreement shall be considered to have been offered to both Parties on the Termination Date as defined in the Employment Agreement. Each Party acknowledges that he or it has been given the opportunity to consider this Release Agreement for a period ending twenty-one (21) days after the Termination Date. In the event that either Party has executed this Release Agreement within less than twenty-one (21) days of the Termination Date, such Party acknowledges that such decision was entirely voluntary and that he or it had the opportunity to consider this Release Agreement until the end of the twenty-one (21) day period. This Release Agreement shall take effect only if it is accepted by both Parties within the twenty-one (21) day period as set forth above and if it is not revoked pursuant to the preceding sentence.
