Right to Consider, Rescind and Revoke Acceptance. This Release Agreement is intended to comply with the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990 with regard to your waiver of rights under the ADEAAge Discrimination in Employment Act. In signing this Release Agreement, you understand and agree that:
