Right to Continue Business of the Venture. Upon an event described in Section 11.01(c) (but not an event that makes it unlawful for the business of the Venture to be continued), the Venture thereafter shall be dissolved and liquidated unless, within 90 days after such event, an election to continue the business of the Venture shall be made in writing by all remaining Members. If such an election to continue the Venture is made, then the Venture shall continue until another event causing dissolution in accordance with this Article 11 shall occur.
