Common use of Right to Control Resolution Clause in Contracts

Right to Control Resolution. Covered Entity has the sole right and discretion to settle, compromise or otherwise resolve any and all claims, causes of actions, liabilities or damages against it, notwithstanding that Covered Entity may have tendered its defense to Business Associate. Any such resolution will not relieve Business Associate of its obligation to indemnify Covered Entity under this Agreement.
