Right to Determine Priority. If there is an unavoidable conflict between the immediate needs of the Supplying Party and those of the Receiving Party as to the use of or access to a particular Service to be provided by the Supplying Party, the Supplying Party shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to establish reasonable priorities, at particular times and under particular circumstances, as between the Supplying Party and the Receiving Party. In any such situation, the Supplying Party shall provide notice to the Receiving Party of the establishment of such priorities at the earliest practicable time.

Nothing in this Agreement shall require the Supplier Party to favor the Purchaser Party over the business of the Supplier Party.
