Common use of Right to Discharge Clause in Contracts

Right to Discharge. Without otherwise limiting any other remedy of Landlord for default hereunder, if Tenant shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged of record within the aforesaid fifteen (15) day period, then Landlord shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by Landlord to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute Additional Rent.

Right to Discharge. Without otherwise limiting any other remedy of Landlord for default hereunder, if Tenant shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged of record or bonded within the aforesaid fifteen thirty (1530) day period, period or to satisfy such liens within (30) days after any judgment in favor of such lien holders from which no further appeal might be taken then Landlord shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by Landlord to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute Additional Rent.

Without otherwise limiting any other remedy of Landlord for default hereunder, if Tenant shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged of record or bonded within the aforesaid fifteen ninety (1590) day period, period or to satisfy such liens within ninety (90) days after any judgment in favor of such lien holders from which no further appeal might be taken then Landlord shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by Landlord to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute Additional Rent.

Without otherwise limiting any other remedy of Landlord for default hereunder, if Tenant shall fail to cause such liens to be discharged of record of bonded within the aforesaid fifteen thirty (1530) day period, period or to satisfy such liens within thirty (30) days after any judgment in favor of such lien holders from which no further appeal might be taken then Landlord shall have the right to cause the same to be discharged. All amounts paid by Landlord to cause such liens to be discharged shall constitute Additional Rent.
