Common use of Right to Eject Clause in Contracts

Right to Eject. The City and Director may eject or cause to be ejected from the Premises any person engaging in or conducting him/herself in a manner that is unlawful, disruptive, abusive or offensive at or in the Premises. Neither the City, the Department, the Director, nor any of its officers, agents or employees shall be liable to Client for any damages that may be sustained by Client or the ejected person through the City or the Director's exercise of such right, and Client waives any and all claims for damages against the City due to such removal by the Department or Director.
