Right to Engage in Competing Business. Nothing contained herein shall preclude any Manager or Member from purchasing or lending money upon the security of any other property or rights therein, or in any manner investing in, participating in, developing or managing any other venture of any kind, without notice to the other Managers or Members, without participation by the other Managers or Members, and without liability to them or any of them. Each Member waives any right he may have against the Managers for capitalizing on information received as a consequence of the Managers’ management of the affairs of this Company.
