Right to Engage in Competing Business. Nothing contained herein shall preclude any Partner from purchasing or lending money upon the security of any other property or rights therein, or in any manner investing in, participating in, developing or managing any other venture of any kind, without notice to the other Partners, without participation by the other Partners, and without liability to them or any of them. Each Limited Partner waives any right he may have against the General Partners for capitalizing on information received as a consequence of the General Partners management of the affairs of this Partnership.
