Right to Engage JDC Contractors. The Servicer may engage a JDC Contractor (or permit any Subservicer to engage a JDC Contractor) subject to the prior written consent of the Manager and the further deviations and requirements set forth in Section 4 of the Servicing Addendum to the LLC Operating Agreement.
