Right to Enter Agreement. Employee represents and covenants to Employer that he or she has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement, the Confidentiality Agreement and the Non-Competition Agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Agreements") and that the execution, delivery and/or performance of the Agreements will not breach or constitute a default of any other agreement or contract to which he or she is a party or by which he or she is bound.
