Right To Enter Into Other Contracts. The Division and the Contractor agree that each may contract for the provision or purchase of services for and from third parties not related to this contract arrangement. The Division may undertake or award other contracts for services related to the services described in this contract or any portion herein. Such other contracts include, but are not limited to consultants retained by the Division to perform functions related in whole or in part to Contractor services. The Contractor shall fully cooperate with such other contractors and the Division in all such cases.
