RIGHT TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Developer/ Association of Purchasers shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Purchaser(s) agrees to permit the Developer/ Association of Purchasers to enter into the Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
