Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE UNIT FOR REPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE UNIT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, open/covered car parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment] or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter / Promoter/maintenance agency /association agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, open/covered car parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment] Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE UNIT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association / association of allottees allottees, as the case may be, shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, open/covered car parking’s and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter / association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment] said Unit or any part thereof, after due prior written notice of 48 hours and during the normal working hours, unless the emergent circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter / Promoter/maintenance agency /association agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, opencar parks / garages/covered car parking’s closedparkings and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment] said Apartment / Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter / Promoter/maintenance agency /association agency/Association of allottees allottees/Apex Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, open/covered car parking’s Areas and parking other spaces for providing necessary maintenance and repair services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency them to enter into the [Apartment] Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter / Promoter/maintenance agency /association agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, open/covered car parking’s parks / garages / closed parkings / mechanical parking spaces and other parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the [Apartment] Apartment / Unit or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE UNIT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter / maintenance agency /association Maintenance Agency association of the allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, open/covered car parking’s garages /covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services Services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency and / or Maintenance Agency to enter into the [(Apartment] /plot) or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
