Documentation Charges. You may be assessed a charge for copies you request of a document (sales draft, cash advance draft, credit voucher) plus research time; copies of statements which were mailed to you; and any other pass-through fees assessed to us by VISA in connection with your account. No charge will be imposed in connection with any good faith assertion of a billing error on your account.
Documentation Charges. That the transfer deed of the Apartment(s) shall be executed and registered in favour of the Purchaser(s) after the apartment have been constructed and the entire consideration together with all other dues and deposits etc, have been received by the Developer. Documentation Charges. The documentation or legal fees shall be @ 1% (one percent) of the Price of the Apartment Area and other miscellaneous charges, taxes, levies or penalties in relation to the transfer of the Apartment including preparation of the Transfer Deed and other documents if any to be executed in pursuance thereof shall be paid by the Apartment Acquirer.

A Cargo Roll-Over Fee of $200.00 shall be charged. Any charges for storage, detention or demurrage of freight or containers, as a result of being in excess of the free time prescribed in their tariffs or agreements, assessed by vessel operators on whose vessel cargo is/was transported or terminal operator at origin point or port or destination point or port due to some default or oversight of shipper or consignee or holder of bill of lading will be for the account of the cargo without in any way affecting the liability of the carrier for the condition of cargo. In the event that the vessel operators or terminal operators assess demurrage, per diem, and or detention even though not due to default or oversight of shipper, shipper shall nevertheless be liable to Carrier for any such charges assessed against Carrier by vessel operators and/or terminal operators. Documentation Charges. The sum of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) as costs for preparation of this Agreement for Sale and Conveyance as well all other documents in connection with or related to the sale of the Composite Unit by the Vendor to the Purchaser one-half whereof is to be paid by the Purchaser at or before execution hereof and balance before the Possession Date. This Charge however is not inclusive of the expenses to be incurred by the Purchaser for registering the Conveyance for the Composite Unit which is to be paid separately by the Purchaser to the Vendor within 7 (seven) days of being called upon to do so.
