Right to Inspect Personnel File. A bargaining unit employee and/or his AFSCME representative (with the authorized written approval of the employee) shall have the right to inspect the employee’s official personnel file by scheduling an appointment with the Associate Director of Human Resources or designee. The employee or his/her representative shall have the right to make 5 copies (pages), free of charge, if such is necessary. If the amount of copies exceeds 5 pages, a cost of $.15 per copy shall be paid to the University.
