Common use of Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Right to Inspect. The Developer agrees that the City, with reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours, shall have the right and authority to review, inspect, audit, and copy, from time to time, all of the Developer’s books and records relating to the TDD Improvements as pertinent to the purposes of this Agreement.

The Developer Xxxxxxxxx agrees that the City, with reasonable advance notice and during normal business hours, shall have the right and authority to review, inspect, audit, and copy, from time to time, all of the Developer’s 's books and records relating to the TDD Improvements Project as pertinent to the purposes of this Agreement.
