Check Meters. Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

The Interconnection Customer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check the CAISO-polled meters or the Participating TO’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this LGIA, except in the case that no other means are available on a temporary basis at the option of the CAISO or the Participating TO. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by the CAISO or Participating TO or their designees. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by the Interconnection Customer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by TrAILCo or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by NYSEG in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
Check Meters. Buyer may at its option and expense install and operate one or more check meters to check Seller’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes and shall not be used in the measurement of Net Energy or Ancillary Services for the purposes of this Agreement. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by the Seller or its designee. The installation and operation thereof shall, however, be done entirely by Buyer at no cost or expense to Seller. The Seller shall grant to Buyer, at no cost or expense, the right to install such check meters at the Electricity Delivery Point and the right to access such check meters at reasonable times as requested by Buyer if such check meters are located on the Premises.

Check Meters. Seller may install, maintain, and operate in accordance with accepted industry practice at its own expense pressure regulators and check measuring equipment of standard make using separate taps. Check meters shall not interfere with operation of Buyer’s equipment. Buyer will have access to Seller’s check measuring equipment at all reasonable hours, but only Seller will calibrate, adjust, operate, and maintain it. D.5
