Right to Inspect. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each have the right, but shall have no obligation to: (i) observe the other Party’s tests and/or inspection of any of its System Protection Facilities and other protective equipment, including Power System Stabilizers; (ii) review the settings of the other Party’s System Protection Facilities and other protective equipment; and (iii) review the other Party’s maintenance records relative to the Attachment Facilities, the System Protection Facilities and other protective equipment.
