Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each have the right, but shall have no obligation to: (i) observe the other Party’s tests and/or inspection of any of its System Protection Facilities and other protective equipment, including Power System Stabilizers; (ii) review the settings of the other Party’s System Protection Facilities and other protective equipment; and (iii) review the other Party’s maintenance records relative to the Attachment Facilities, the System Protection Facilities and other protective equipment. NYISO shall have these same rights of inspection as to the facilities and equipment of Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner. A Party may exercise these rights from time to time as it deems necessary upon reasonable notice to the other Party.
