Common use of RIGHT TO INVEST Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee that are Affiliates of Lender shall have the right, in its Borrower’s discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 1,000,000 on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an aggregate amount of up to Two Million Dollars $1,500,000 (that is, a maximum amount of $2,000,0001,500,000 with respect to all Subsequent Financings collectively) on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any one or more Subsequent Financing Financings in an amount aggregate amount, for all such Subsequent Financings in which Borrower and/or its assignee(s) or nominee(s) participate, of up to Two One Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 1,000,000), on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 500,000.00 on the same terms, conditions and pricing offered and afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing, including, without limitation, those terms and conditions offered to Borrower’s existing investors.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 500,000 on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 The Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any a Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 1,000,000 on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing. The foregoing notwithstanding, such participation right shall terminate on the earlier or (a) the Lender’s declining to participate for its full allocation in any Subsequent Financing, or (b) such time as the Lender has participated for $1,000,000 in a Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 2,000,000 on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing. This Section 8.1, and all rights and obligations hereunder, shall expire upon Borrower’s satisfaction in full of all of the Secured Obligations.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee successor or nominee any of its Affiliates shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two One Million Dollars ($2,000,0001,000,000) on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.

RIGHT TO INVEST. 8.1 Lender or its assignee or nominee shall have the right, in its discretion, to participate in any the next Subsequent Financing in an amount of up to Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) 2,000,000 on the same terms, conditions and pricing afforded to others participating in any such Subsequent Financing.
