Right to Judicial Settlement. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Trustee from having its account settled by a court of competent jurisdiction at any time. The only parties that need be joined in any such proceeding are the Employer, the Committee, the Trustee and any other parties whose participation is required by law.
