Merger of Trustee. Any corporation into which the Trustee may be merged or converted or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from or surviving any merger, conversion or consolidation to which the Trustee shall be a party, or any corporation to which all or substantially all the corporate trust business of the Trustee may be transferred, shall, subject to the terms of this Article, succeed to the Trustee’s position as Trustee under this Trust Agreement without any further act.
Merger of Trustee. If the Trustee is merged or consolidated with, or shall sell or transfer all or substantially all of its assets and business to another entity, or shall be in any manner reorganized or reincorporated, then the successor corporation or other entity shall continue to be the Trustee pending subsequent resignation or removal as provided in Section 7.
Merger of Trustee. Any corporation into which the Trustee is merged or with which it is consolidated, or any corporation resulting from a merger, reorganization, or consolidation, to which the Trustee is a party, or any corporation to which all or substantially all the trust business of the Trustee is transferred shall become the successor trustee under this Agreement without the execution or filing of any further instrument or the performance of any further act.
Merger of Trustee. In the event the Trustee named herein is not a natural person and shall hereafter merge or consolidate with any other bank or trust company or any other corporation that may by law act as trustee, the corporation created by such merger or consolidation shall thereafter acts as Trustee hereunder and shall be subject to all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Merger of Trustee. Any association or corporation into which the Trustee may be converted or merged, or with which it may be consolidated, or to which it may sell or transfer its corporate trust business and assets as a whole or substantially as a whole, or any association or corporation resulting from any such conversion, sale, merger, consolidation or transfer to which it is a party shall, ipso facto, be and become successor Trustee hereunder and vested with all the title to the whole property or Trust Estate and all the trusts, powers, discretions, immunities, privileges and all other matters as was its predecessor, without the execution or filing of any instruments or any further act, deed or conveyance on the part of any of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, and shall also be and become successor Trustee in respect of the beneficial interest of the Trustee in the Bond Mortgage Loan.

Merger of Trustee. If the Trustee at any time acting hereunder shall be merged or consolidated with, or shall sell or transfer substantially all of its assets and business to another corporation, state or federal, or shall be in any manner reorganized or reincorporated, then the corporation resulting therefrom, or the corporation to which such sale or transfer shall be made, shall be deemed to be the Trustee then acting hereunder.
Merger of Trustee. The term "Trustee" shall include any successor trustee. If a Trustee or Custodian hereunder is a bank or trust company, any corporation resulting from any merger, consolidation or conversion to which such bank or trust company may be a party, or any corporation otherwise succeeding generally to all or substantially all of the assets or business of such bank or trust company, shall be the successor to it as Trustee or Custodian hereunder without the execution of any instrument or any further action on the part of any party hereto or any Participant hereunder.
Merger of Trustee. Any corporation into which any Trustee hereunder may be merged or with which it may be consolidated, or any corporation resulting from any merger or consolidation to which any Trustee hereunder shall be a party, or any corporation which shall have purchased substantially all of the bond administration business of the corporate trust department shall be the successor Trustee under this Master Indenture and all Supplemental Indentures, without the execution or filing of any paper or any further act on the part of the parties hereto, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding; provided, however, that any such successor corporation continuing to act as Trustee hereunder shall meet the requirements of Section 11.14 hereof, and if such corporation does not meet the aforesaid requirements, a successor Trustee shall be appointed pursuant to this Article XI. The Trustee may not resign as the Paying Agent or the Registrar without resigning as Trustee.
