Right to Judicial Settlement. Nothing contained in this Trust Agreement shall be construed as depriving the Trustee of the right to have a judicial settlement of its accounts, and upon any proceeding for a judicial settlement of the Trustee's accounts or for instructions the only necessary parties thereto in addition to the Trustee shall be the Company and the Committee.
