Right to Make Claim. An interested party who disagrees with the Administrator's determination of his or her right to Plan benefits must submit a written claim and exhaust this claim procedure before legal recourse of any type is sought. The claim must include the important issues the interested party believes support the claim. The Administrator, pursuant to the authority provided in this Plan, shall either approve or deny the claim.
