Common use of Right to Publish Clause in Contracts

Right to Publish. JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS and inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company as defined in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology without prior approval.

Right to Publish. JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS RIGHT(S) and inventions contained therein and BIOLOGICAL MATERIAL(S) provided confidential information of Company Company, as defined in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology technologies without prior approval.

Right to Publish. JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS and inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company HPPI as defined contemplated in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company HPPI to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology without prior approval.

Right to Publish. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology Licensed Technology without prior approval.

JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS and inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company as defined in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining written approval from Company to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology PATENT RIGHTS without prior approval.

Right to Publish. JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the JHU KNOW-HOW, and PATENT RIGHTS and inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company as defined in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology PATENT RIGHTS and JHU KNOW-HOW without prior approval.

JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS and RIGHTS, inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company as defined in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors Inventor shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology without prior approval.

JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS and inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company INTI as defined contemplated in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company INTI to include such confidential information. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology without prior approval.

Right to Publish. JHU may publish manuscripts, abstracts or the like describing the PATENT RIGHTS and inventions contained therein provided confidential information of Company as defined in Paragraph 8.1, is not included or without first obtaining approval from Company to include such confidential information. The company shall have up to 90 days to evaluate for patent potential and filing of patent. Otherwise, JHU and the Inventors shall be free to publish manuscripts and abstracts or the like directed to the work done at JHU related to the licensed technology without prior approval.
