Common use of Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) Ten (10) additional Boeing Model 737-85C aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement (Purchase Right Aircraft).

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 1-A to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) Ten (10) [ * ] additional Boeing Model 737767-85C 3S2F aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement as purchase right aircraft (Purchase Right Aircraft).

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) Ten Fifty (1050) additional Boeing Model 737787-85C 822 (Purchase Right Aircraft) aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement (Purchase Right Aircraft)Agreement.

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) Ten ten (10) additional Boeing Model 737-85C 800 aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement as purchase right aircraft (Purchase Right Aircraft).

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase RightPURCHASE RIGHT) Ten THIRTEEN (1013) additional Boeing Model 737747-85C 8 FREIGHTER aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement (Purchase Right AircraftPURCHASE RIGHTS AIRCRAFT).

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) Ten thirteen (1013) additional Boeing Model 737747-85C 8 Freighter aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement (Purchase Right Aircraft).

Right to Purchase Incremental Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, in addition to the Aircraft described in Table 1 to the Purchase Agreement as of the date of execution of this Letter Agreement, Customer will have the right to purchase (Purchase Right) Ten ten (10) additional Boeing Model 737787-85C 8 aircraft on the terms and conditions described in this Letter Agreement (Purchase Right Aircraft). Customer’s right of substitution with respect to any Boeing Model 787-8 aircraft pursuant to the Purchase Agreement (or any other letter agreement amending and supplementing the Purchase Agreement) shall be applicable to each such Purchase Right Aircraft.
