Right to Receive Documentation of Transactions. You will receive a monthly statement if you have an Account upon which checks or drafts may be drawn. You will receive a savings statement quarterly unless there are electronic transactions during the month. A savings statement will be provided monthly for accounts with electronic transactions. Canceling Online Payments through the Service. After a payment request is transmitted, you are unable to cancel a payment through the Service, if, for example, the payment date or payment amount is incorrect.
