Delivery of Statements and Notices. Electronic Statements and notices are considered delivered 24 hours after being made available via the Digital Banking platform. Please reference the e-Statement Agreement for circumstances of undeliverable electronic Statements. We will not forward Statements and notices. We may cease sending Statements and notices and destroy any that are returned to us as undeliverable. We will not attempt to deliver Statements and notices to you again until you provide us with a current postal or e-mail address.

Delivery of Statements and Notices. FSB will send statements and notices to your last known address or make them available electronically. For accounts with more than one account holder, statements or notices sent or made available to any one account holder are deemed to be sent or made available to all account holders. FSB may destroy or retain a statement or notice that is returned or that FSB determines to be undeliverable. Statements and notices are deemed delivered to you at the time they are returned to FSB or determined to be undeliverable. If a notice of a change to this Agreement is returned to FSB or otherwise determined to be undeliverable, you agree that the change contained in the notice is still effective and binding on you.

See the Fee Disclosure for the fee for receiving monthly Account statements by mail. You may obtain information about the amount of money you have remaining in your Account by calling 0.000.000.0000, 0.000.000.0000 TTY, or 423.262.1650 (Collect, when calling outside the U.S.). This information, along with a 12-month history of Account transactions, is also available online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. You also have the right to obtain a 24-month written history of Account transactions by calling 0.000.000.0000, 0.000.000.0000 TTY, or 423.262.1650 (Collect, when calling outside the U.S.), or writing to us at: Bank of America, X.X. Xxx 0000 , Xxxx, TN 37615-8488. You will not be charged a fee for this information unless you request it more than once per month.
