Common use of Right to Refund Clause in Contracts

Right to Refund. Distributor remains responsible for the payment of all fees incurred through the termination date. Dell will promptly refund any prepaid fees for the APEX Service or Related Services that will not be provided as a result of the termination by Distributor under Clause 3.2.A (Option to Terminate). Distributor, Reseller, and Customer are not entitled to any other remedies from Dell once Distributor is in receipt of the refund from Dell.
