Right to Reload a Shelf. Upon the written request of an LGP Stockholder at such time when the Company is not a WKSI, the Company will file and seek the effectiveness of a post-effective amendment to an existing shelf registration statement in order to register up to the number of Shares previously taken down off of such shelf and not yet “reloaded” onto such shelf registration statement.
