Right to Remove Employee Who Poses A Danger. If the Superintendent/designee determines that the employee's continued presence in employment prior to the conference poses a danger to persons or property or a threat of disrupting operations, he may suspend the employee with pay for up to three (3) work days pending the conference to determine final disciplinary action.
