Right to Remove Property in Case of Death. Where in the case of a sole Resident, the Resident dies or, in the case of joint residents, the survivor of them dies, the Scheme Operator shall after thirty (30) days of the death of such Resident, have the right to enter upon the Accommodation Unit licensed to the deceased Resident and to remove and store any items of property of the deceased Resident in a place to be set aside for their storage until such time as they shall be dealt with by the executor or administrator of the estate of the deceased Resident. Except in the case of negligence by the Scheme Operator, the Scheme Operator shall have no liability to any person for any loss or damage to any of the said items of property during such removal or storage.
