Right to Replace. If Employee's illness or incapacity, whether by physical or mental cause, renders him unable for a minimum period of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days to carry out his duties and responsibilities as set forth herein, the Company shall have the right to designate a person to temporarily perform Employee's duties; provided, however, that if Employee returns to work from such illness or incapacity within the six (6) month period following his inability due to such illness or incapacity, he shall be entitled to be reinstated in the capacity described in Article I hereof with all rights, duties and privileges attendant thereto.
