Right to Review and Adjust Coverage Limits. The Director reserves the right at reasonable intervals during the Term of this Agreement to cause the insurance requirements of this Agreement to be reviewed by an independent insurance consultant experienced in insurance for public airports in Texas, taking into consideration changes in statutory law, court decisions, or the claims history of Broker, and, based on the written recommendations of such consultant, and in consultation with Broker, to reasonably adjust or add insurance coverages and limits required herein, but not more often than every twenty-four (24) months.
