Common use of Right to Revoke Agreement Clause in Contracts

Right to Revoke Agreement. The Employee may revoke this Agreement within 7 ------------------------- days of the Employee's signing of this Agreement. If this Agreement has not been revoked within such 7 day period it becomes effective on the 8th day. Revocation can be made by delivering a written notice of revocation to Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Vice President of Human Resources. For this revocation to be effective, written notice must be received by Orchid no later than close of business on the 7th day after the Employee signs this Agreement. If the Employee fails to sign this Agreement or revokes this Agreement, it will not be effective or enforceable and the Employee will not receive the severance benefit described in Section 3 of this Agreement.
