Right to Revoke Agreement. Executive may revoke this Agreement within seven (7) calendar days of signing it. Revocation can be made by delivering a written notice of revocation to Chief Human Resources Officer, Northrop Grumman Corporation, 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. For this revocation to be effective, written notice must be received by the Chief Human Resources Officer no later than 5:00 p.m. PST on the seventh calendar day after Executive signs this Agreement. If Executive revokes this Agreement, it shall not be effective or enforceable, and Executive will not receive the benefits described in Section 3 of this Agreement.
