Common use of Right to Revoke and Rescind Clause in Contracts

Right to Revoke and Rescind. Employee is hereby informed of his right to revoke his release of claims, insofar as it extends to potential claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, by informing the Company of his intent to do so within 7 calendar days following his signing of this Agreement (the “Revocation Period”). Employee understands that any such revocation or rescission must be made in writing and delivered by hand or by certified mail, return receipt requested, postmarked on or before the last day within the applicable revocation period to: Nxxxxxxxxxx.xxx Corp., 200 X.
