Right to Revoke and Rescind. Employee is hereby informed of his right to revoke his release of claims, insofar as it extends to potential claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, by informing the Company of his intent to do so within 7 calendar days following his signing of this Agreement (the “Revocation Period”).
