Common use of RIGHT TO SEEK JUDICIAL RELIEF Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO SEEK JUDICIAL RELIEF. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to restrict or limit the District or Local 1 in its right to seek and obtain such judicial relief as it may be entitled to have under law for any violation of this or any other Article; and to take such action as it deems necessary to discipline and/or discharge any employee for violation of this Article.
