RIGHT TO SEIZE. If the Mortgagor defaults in performing or fulfilling any of the covenants set forth in this mortgage it will be lawful, for, and the Mortgagor hereby grants full power and license to, the Mortgagee to enter, seize and distrain upon the Lands or any part thereof, and by distress warrant to recover by way of rent reserved as in the case of a demise of the Lands as much of the principal and interest and other monies as is from time to time in arrears, together with all costs, charges and expenses attending such levy or distress as in like cases of distress for rent.
