Right to Self Help; Interest on Overdue Rent. If an Event of Default shall occur and be continuing, Landlord shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to enter upon the Premises and to perform the defaulted obligation notwithstanding the fact that no specific provision for such substituted performance by Landlord is made in this Lease with respect to such Event of Default. In performing such obligation, Landlord may make any payment of money or perform any other act.
